We wouldn't be as successful in our work of healing troubled young boys in Oklahoma without an amazing staff to guide and support our residents. Not everyone knows, but Tulsa Boys' Home is a residential treatment facility with 24-hour a day awake supervision, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including holidays!
We have many dedicated and truly awesome staff members. Too many to list here! With over 50 Residential Care Youth Workers (RYCW), our incredible staff work 24-hours a day to care for our boys. You can contact any of our staff by calling 918-245-0231.
Executive Director, Gregg Conway provides the leadership and vision for the design and implementation of Tulsa Boys’ Home.
Chief Operating Officer, Mike Murphy assists Mr. Conway in implementing the vision and oversees operations of Tulsa Boys' Home.
Clinical Director, Rebecca Jarrett is responsible for the oversight and coordination of all admissions, clinical services, and outcome evaluations.
Program Director, Ken Callen is responsible for the coordination and supervision of our residential treatment program.
Program Director, Tanisha Penn Moore manages our 24-bed Substance Abuse Treatment Program.
Food Service Manager, Davy Fields manages the dining hall, as well as our kitchen staff, and is in charge of the procurement of food and kitchen equipment.
Equine Program Manager, Scott Averill retired from the Sand Springs Police Department before joining Tulsa Boys’ Home, and manages our Equine Program.
