Outcome and Survey Measurements

As part of the Tulsa Boys' Home Continuous Quality Improvement process,
our residents, legal guardians and/or caseworkers are surveyed on a periodic basis.

The results of consumer satisfaction surveys completed by a sample of 29

The following survey results completed by the 29 discharged residents
were related to programs, services and staff.

   93.1% of the residents believed their therapist was knowledgeable and helpful.

   86.2% of the residents believed the educational program (school) was helpful.

   98.1% of the residents said staff could be counted on to follow up.

   96.6% of the residents said the staff was courteous and respectful.

School Results

All residents were tested in reading using the Brigance software. Math testing was done using Success Maker software.

Reading

 100% of the boys improved their level of reading by from .5 to 7 grades

Math

 100% of the boys improved by .5 to 4 grade levels.
