The results of consumer satisfaction surveys completed by a sample of 13 DHS residents are as follows:

The following survey results completed by a sample of 15 discharged residents were related to programs, services and staff.
84% believed their therapist was knowledgeable and helpful
72% believed the educational program was helpful
78% of the residents said staff could be counted on to follow up
82% of the residents said the staff was courteous and respectful
73% believed the recreation programs were beneficial
84% said their treatment goals were achieved
79% said the Relationship Healing Model was successful
